A new community on the horizon: Villas Litchfield Park

Villas Litchfield Park construction

Family Development is excited to share the latest update on one of our newest communities, Villas Litchfield Park. With the framing of the first phase now started, this innovative community is quickly taking shape.

Situated on 13 prime acres on Camelback Road, just east of Dysart Road, we anticipate Villas Litchfield Park will be ready for leasing this fall, offering an exceptional living experience for residents.

As construction progresses, Family Development is committed to creating a vibrant and welcoming community that reflects our dedication to quality and innovation. The Villas Litchfield Park represents our vision for modern, comfortable living in a desirable neighborhood. For this project, Family Development is proud to be partnering with Blue Vista Capital, known for its expertise in real estate investment and development. Their support has been instrumental in bringing Villas Litchfield Park to life.

When completed, Villas Litchfield Park will consist of 153 single story, 1-and-2 bedroom homes behind private gates with a community resort pool and spa, barbecue area, dog park, community gardens, and citrus trees. The location provides access to nearby Camelback Crossing, three major freeways, and Westgate Entertainment District — the West Valley’s premier entertainment, shopping, and nightlife area.

At Villas Litchfield Park, residents can look forward to a range of amenities and features designed to enhance their lifestyle. From spacious floor plans to contemporary design elements, every detail is thoughtfully curated to provide a comfortable and enjoyable living environment. And, with private yards, each resident will experience luxury both inside and out.
